- Who you are and what your organisation does. Not a formal pitch, just enough context for me to understand the situation.
- What the problem is, in your own words. Don’t worry about using the right technical language. Describe what’s happening and what’s frustrating you about it.
- What you’ve already tried, if anything. This saves us both time and helps me understand where things stand.
- What good looks like to you. What would a successful outcome actually mean for your organisation?
