I want to be honest about what comes after I help you.

I’m not going to disappear the moment we’re done. If something we worked on together breaks, or a question comes up later, you can reach out and I’ll do my best to help. I’m not offering an ongoing support contract that’s not what this is but I’m not going to leave you stranded either.

What I do try to do i is make sure you’re not dependent on me afterwards. I’d rather leave you with something you understand and can maintain yourself than create a situation where you need to come back to me every time something changes.

If your needs grow beyond what I can offer freely into something that genuinely needs a managed service or ongoing contracted support I’ll tell you that plainly, and I can point you toward an organisation and resources that might help.

My goal is to leave you better off than I found you.
