5 I’m not a helpdesk. I don’t provide ongoing day-to-day IT support answering tickets, fixing individual user issues, managing devices. That kind of support requires a different model and more capacity than I can offer freely. I’m not a web developer or designer. I can offer basic guidance on platforms and hosting, but building or maintaining websites isn’t what I do I’m not a software developer. If you need custom applications built, that’s outside my scope. And I’m not available around the clock. I do this alongside full-time work, which means response times are measured in days rather than hours, and my capacity at any given time is limited. What I am is a technical professional with deep experience in infrastructure, networking, and IT strategy offering that expertise freely, to the right people, for the right reasons. If that’s what you need, I’m genuinely glad to help. If you need something different, I can help you find it. Have any thoughts?
