I have limited capacity.

IT for Good runs alongside my full-time work as a network engineer. That means I can’t take on an unlimited number of organisations at once, and response times aren’t instant. When I’m at capacity, I’ll say so directly rather than letting things drag.

What this means in practice:

• Expect a reply within a few days of your first message, not a few hours
• There may be times when I’m fully committed and need to pause taking on new people
• Engagements tend to run at a pace that works around both our schedules

I’d rather be honest about this upfront than over promise and under deliver. If you reach out and I’m not able to help right now, I’ll tell you that clearly and I’ll do my best to suggest alternatives or keep your details for when I have space.
The best time to reach out is whenever you’re ready. Even if I can’t start straight away, getting in touch is the right first step.
