Before I can help, I need to understand what’s actually going on. Here’s roughly what I’ll want to know:

• Who you are and what your organisation does. Not a formal pitch, just enough context for me to understand the situation.
• What the problem is, in your own words. Don’t worry about using the right technical language. Describe what’s happening and what’s frustrating you about it.
• What you’ve already tried, if anything. This saves us both time and helps me understand where things stand.
• What good looks like to you. What would a successful outcome actually mean for your organisation?

That’s all I need to get started. I can tell you whether it’s something I can help with, and if so, what that might look like.
